This Dunkin' need serious help. Every time I come here is a minimum 10/15 minutes. Slowest fast food experience I've been a part of and it's like that every single time.

this is the worst dunkin’ donuts ever. they could not figure out my order which was just a menu drink no modifications asked for. i never got a recipt for my purchase. will never go back.

Been here three times horrible service rude employees disrespectful. The first time they cut me off well I was ordering I couldn’t even finish.The second time the lady was so rude I was shocked. The third time I told her the screen menu wasn’t working and she told me rudely that they were aware and continue to ask what I wanted to order. Don’t even get me started about the drinks they are not made properly and or watered down. So I would recommend not going here and wasting your money.
Everyone looks like they have so much fun here! Be patient when taking your order and it’ll come out just fine, we’ve never had a problem the few times we stopped here. We’ll be back soon🤩
