This is a regular Oreo shake with extra Oreo 😂😂😂😂 they didn’t know how to make one so they put it into a cup loll!! Also waited 10 mins for it lmfao

As usual I gave jack in the box a chance thinking "it won't be bad it's the holidays they will try to actually care for once" WRONG. Not sure if yall know, if the crunchy part of the taco is chewy is means it's not good anymore it's been sitting out to long. So stale tacos and stale frys........thanks for not trying jack. Sad this will be the last I ever taste your food. Can't keep wasting money on literal garbage

It seems that everytime we decide to go to jack in the box there either closing. ,, or they ran out of what we wanted or not enough staff so there shutting down . And they never have ice cream . They close that machine way too early , they should really try a lil harder to please the customers instead of them selves .

As Jack advertises, everything was hot and very well prepared. The fries, onion rings, small tacos were crispy and promptly ready. We were on the road and delighted that we stopped at this location, they made Jack proud! Everything was above and beyond, they s0hould be in Jack's ads. Restored our positive attitude for Jack in the box visits.

Though I've never dined in, I love coming here for the customer service, everyone that works there is always super nice and helpful.. the timing kind of sucks but I still choose to come here compared to the competition because of their team! Food is always on point though!

Yikes! Waited at the drive thru.. no response. Pulled up to the window… no response. Got someone’s attention and was told to wait due to changing drawers … no apologies. We just left. This was at 2 . We were giving them a chance since we haven’t been there before. We won’t be back.
Cashier and cooks are super friendly and fast! I accidentally messed up my order, and Cam fixed it without hesitation after it was made. Great customer service!!
