40 plus years of eating at the Jack and this was the worst I've ever had. Ordered the Supreme Crosaint breakfast meal. The potato was good the coffee was like warm. The sandwich... Well ..It was about the size of a slider and the egg was burnt. And all mushed up.
Even the rest room wasn't up to normal Jack par.
The best part was the service was good with a smile.
Bottom line... The Marana Jack needs help.

Really love the atmosphere and the customer service is top-notch!!!! I asked if they could do a pup cup and the employee didn't know what that was and after I sat down to eat, he told me he had looked it up and brought one out for me! Above and beyond!

Me and my wife placed a online 12:20pm order drove 15min and picked it up only for a butter garlic sandwich with no mayo,egg rolls and jumbo jack had no buns on them WTH and had no order of egg rolls smh we checked before we left so she goes back inside for him to tells us I'm sorry he will make them again then again he doesn't make it right no buttery garlic on it but he put ketchup and lettuce and tomato the 2nd time making it waited 45min total and $47 dollars for BS.. You need to hire better workers and not 1 person working overnights..This place won't last long too many new businesses moving into gladden farms now

We have not had the best luck at this location our order is always bagged incorrectly and shorted and the last time we got food there it was lukewarm probably closer to cold than hot we had mentioned something to the lady at the counter but she didn't seem to concerned or to care at all unfortunately all the fast food chains are kind of this way but we like to go out once in awhile and Jack in the box is the place we like to go I guess we will have to find a different location and hope for the best.

Nearly every time I visit this location, I am helped by a gentleman named Christian. He is always so nice and professional. It’s not very often that I encounter an employee in a drive thru who will smile, let alone ask if I have everything I need and make sure I have enough secret sauce packets. I am grateful that my orders are always accurate and freshly made. There are several options in the vicinity, but I usually prefer to eat at this location, for the superior service and quality attention to detail. Thank you.

We were waiting for like 30 mins but me and my boyfriend weren’t trippin, thankfully our friends were there as well so we parked next to each other and were jammin. Ize (I think I spelled it right) was the only dude really on his game tonight, I over heard he was only gonna be here a couple more nights but they need more people like him here!

Have order from this location couple times and every time something happens today i order 7 order of tacos and first they give me just half of my order, had to come back for the rest i always get my tacos without taco sauce, ones i get home i notice any of my tacos had cheese on it. I’m never ordering from this location again!!

Food was tasty and a great value. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was quite dirty - no clean tables, caution sign by spilled drink, trash cans overflowing... Seemed to be enough staff working to have properly cleaned dining area.
