Jersey Mike's Subs

I recently went to jersey mikes with my husband, and I walked in around 9:30, when we got to the menu I had trouble picking what to get. So I asked an employee about an item and he kindly took the time to explain to me the menu and how I could get my accommodations for the cheapest. I greatly appreciated Javier's time and kindness towards us, we're not from here and just started eating out around town, definitely coming back!

About a twenty minute wait to pick up an online order

Had the most delightful experience today at the cortero location. Haven't been there in years do to past management cleanliness ect. But upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by all 3 workers on duty at the time. Almost so fast the door didnt even close behind me yet. I noticed how clean the store was such an amazing change. Was helped by Billie who introduced herself as the new manager literally one of the nicest people I think i've ever met.
Such a ray of sunshine. Then was helped by savanna the assistant manager and Angela a shift lead. Those girls are top notch 👌 had such amazing conversation from start to finish with all 3 I almost didnt wanna leave with my sandwich. I am amazed at the turn around Billie has managed to make feel there should be an most improved award hehe. Then let me just glot about the food for a second 😋 yummy favorite sandwich place ever so happy I actually want to come back now. Good job lady's at Cortero you all rock I'll be telling everyone go to that location from now on.

Slow service food is ok, it’s gone down hill, definitely not worth 20$ for the sandwich.

Came in to order food. Gave the gentleman who was on the meat slicer our order. Specified one sandwich was ham only. When they put the ham on they put cheese too. I asked then too remove it and they said that I had to tell them that. I did so. Then when he made the#17 he threw it across the counter at me. Terrible customer service from the 2 males working. The female was apologetic and very polite. When I asked for the contact info for the manager they refused.

Just grabbed a Philly Cheesesteak and a Big Kahuna from the new Jersey Mike’s in Gladden Farms, Marana. The sandwiches were delicious. The shop was spotless, and the staff is super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Ever Jersey Mike have always been very clean and food consistently very good. This location is absolutely disgusting. Extremely disgusting. And bathrooms have structural features that are deep down gross. Sandwich meat tasted tainted like not refrigerated properly. I have never written a bad review to anywhere I have been a consumer, but this deserves to be my first. And there was no one at counter for about a minute. Not untell I cleared my throat really loud so the girl, I could hear on the phone, which was certainly a personal call came out after hanging up, telling them she had to go.

Extremely dirty location. Judging based off of the review prior to mine, management hasn’t made any changes to ensure the cleanliness of their shop. Won’t be back

I have been coming to this location for years. I even know the manager well. This previous time was the worst service ever. The worker kept doing everything in his power to screw up my sandwich..I was there waiting quite a while and was the last customer on line. so I couldn't understand why he was put all different types of meats on my sandwich for the second time. We the customer are paying top dollar for the food and service, we should be getting the best sandwich provided by the workers with pride and courtesy to do a good job. You can't Cross contaminate a sandwich with other meats. Customers can be allergic to different things that are on meats. Then just give anything out for the sandwich that is requested. I had the #13 Original Italian Mikes way no onions. I eat subs from Jersey Mikes a couple times per week and this is the most dirty location I’ve seen. The managers seriously need to train the employees to be more attentive to the cleanliness of the store. The sneeze guards were dirty from both sides, the tables were a bit messy, and the trash bins smelled weird. This took away from the experience and the only good thing was the sub but the bread was a bit hard. I know Jersey Mikes takes reviews seriously and I hope someone looks into this. 2/5 stars disappointing experience

Went for lunch, amazing food. Like subway but good. Did get EXTREMELY messy. Taste makes up for that.
