Jersey Mike's Subs

Ever Jersey Mike have always been very clean and food consistently very good. This location is absolutely disgusting. Extremely disgusting. And bathrooms have structural features that are deep down gross. Sandwich meat tasted tainted like not refrigerated properly. I have never written a bad review to anywhere I have been a consumer, but this deserves to be my first. And there was no one at counter for about a minute. Not untell I cleared my throat really loud so the girl, I could hear on the phone, which was certainly a personal call came out after hanging up, telling them she had to go.

Extremely dirty location. Judging based off of the review prior to mine, management hasn’t made any changes to ensure the cleanliness of their shop. Won’t be back

I have been coming to this location for years. I even know the manager well. This previous time was the worst service ever. The worker kept doing everything in his power to screw up my sandwich..I was there waiting quite a while and was the last customer on line. so I couldn't understand why he was put all different types of meats on my sandwich for the second time. We the customer are paying top dollar for the food and service, we should be getting the best sandwich provided by the workers with pride and courtesy to do a good job. You can't Cross contaminate a sandwich with other meats. Customers can be allergic to different things that are on meats. Then just give anything out for the sandwich that is requested. I had the #13 Original Italian Mikes way no onions. I eat subs from Jersey Mikes a couple times per week and this is the most dirty location I’ve seen. The managers seriously need to train the employees to be more attentive to the cleanliness of the store. The sneeze guards were dirty from both sides, the tables were a bit messy, and the trash bins smelled weird. This took away from the experience and the only good thing was the sub but the bread was a bit hard. I know Jersey Mikes takes reviews seriously and I hope someone looks into this. 2/5 stars disappointing experience

Went for lunch, amazing food. Like subway but good. Did get EXTREMELY messy. Taste makes up for that.

Whoever owns this franchise should swing in to see the disgusting state of this establishment. From service to cleanliness everything is a miss. I’d rather use a gas station bathroom than whatever is happening there

I work construction all day and I eat here at least 2 times a week, hands down the best JM in town. Always clean and good always good. The staff is friendly and working hard. I recommend the number 44 it’s the best in the menu. A++

The subs were great. The employees took our order and made the sandwiches, but they were not hospitable or excited to serve us in the least. The food came in a reasonable time. The atmosphere is normal.

Not as good as the original Jersey Mike's I remember from years ago.

Walked in and was waiting for them to take my order. They blatantly ignored me. All 3 workers. This was just now sunday March 2nd 7PM

Here is half of a $21 sub. Literally ham, cheese and paid an extra $3+ for that old crumbled bacon. The easiest sandwich a worker could ask for. Had to pass out bacon crumbs like a dealer. The paper was smashed and wrapped into the sandwich too. This place is too expensive for bad quality.

Sigh....Mike's Way...the only way to go! My fav is the Cali Sub...bacon, avocado, parm bread.....

Great service, helpful and efficient. Food is generally better than most sub shops

Excellent Service District Manager Working alongside his Employees! 2 other Lady Managers were Outstanding. Very Clean and Fast Service! Would Highly recommend!
