visited after a long absence, found nothing had changed, one of the BEST chicken fried steaks ever eaten, 83 yrs old, eggs were perfect what more can i say besides excellent..... service very good , prices good ,,, will return again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!only complaint i had was they had no tomato juice of any kind

We stopped to have a later breakfast. Service was great. For the most part everyone was very happy with their meals. The only negative, but not realy a negative was the homefries. While the potstes were cooked and hot, just potates does not make homefires. If you want home fries you need sliced potatoes, green pepper, onions and spices on the grill. Then you ahve home fries.

The Marana Stockyard is definitely a destination for a unique experience! The Luna Cafe is located inside a working auction barn.
The cafe was completely shut off so the dust, livestock scent, and sounds weren't detectable. It was a casual environment with a Western vibe. The menu is full of comfort food options. All was homemade. The prices were very reasonable with hearty portions. The food was delicious!
Wednesday is auction day, starting at 11:00 AM. After eating our breakfast, we briefly observed the bidding on the livestock. People here are sincerely welcoming. It was a very interesting morning.

Just read the Health Departments inspection of this place on Aug. 27th. What happened to this place. I've been there 50 times at least over 20 years. When it was the Stockade it was great. Sad as it used to be one of Maranas best places to eat.
