Officially done with this location, placed an order at 11:02pm and showed up at 11:23, standard drive time from red rock and they were closed. Sooo glad to have my card charged for food i didn’t get nor will I receive a refund for god knows how long since it’s Christmas Eve. Never again

If you’re traveling from Phoenix to Tucson, the McDonald’s off the Marana exit is the best one on I 10 I travel for a living. I’ve experienced the customer service and the food and I could tell you this one deserves more than five stars. The management has great Leadership as the team reflects it!

This is the best McDonald's I have been too. The people are so very kind and helpful. I have never seen a McDonald's like this before where they check to see if you need anything are extremely kind. The McDonald's should be very proud of the place and the people. Keep up the great work.

If you can’t manage a plain McDouble with no cheese and a medium fry in less than 3 tries and 45 minutes then maybe you need to shut this place down.
