Visited the McDonald's on Sandario Rd on 8/8/24. Dining room had an awful stench, as if someone who hadn't showered in a year had been living here. Told this to one of the employees who didn't seem to care or notice.

Probably the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Food was good but you always have cause to wonder how safe it is with the rest of the restaurant being that dirty. The staff was absolutely delightful!! But they couldn’t work hard enough to overcome the filthy restaurant and rest rooms.

There is literally no customer service here what so ever! You stand at the counter people look at you and not a word! And then when they do speak to you they have major attitude.

Food was good, not hot but slightly warm. Staff very very friendly which is maybe the only reason I'd come back. Men's restroom dirty at 6am, MOD pizza sticker above stall, get that outta there, dirty glass windows, doors, outside trash bins overflowing, odd smell at the kiosks, like sewer. Not busy, perhaps short staffed but these issues just take a little time for attention.
It's McDonald's they are a little faster here than the others in the drive through!

Hit the drive-through. I’ll always give a McDonald’s drive-through a good review if they get the order correct haha but this one had really nice service. First window attendant was very polite and the second window attendant was very quick and made sure we had our order correct and double check everything.

Took me and my Dad 10 to 20 minutes to get two cookies (which were cold and not warmed up) and an vanilla icecream cone (which my Dad never got one). The workers took their sweet time and a couple were on their phones and just looking at us. One of the older men (who I think might have been the manager) was with a younger woman (who I'd assume is new) was just wondering around with the girl and very slowly giving a customer their money back. I would not recommend this place. Unless you want to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food...
