This place needs a new manager. All of there issues are from poor management. Ice cream machine seems always broken. There are contantly out of something. Who is running the show here?

Unless a guest orders their QPC with lettuce, it should not come like this. All toppings were put on the bottom, now stuck to unwanted lettuce. If no bun, toppings belong on the top, everytime. In fact the bed of lettuce is completely unnecessary when you have tray liners. I ordered breakfast here today as well and it was on point .🤷‍♂️

Don't use the app here. Every time they take my money but tell me they have no record of my order and I'll have to dispute it with my bank. And if you order inside you have to scan the qr code and order from the app. Management is no help here.

Waited 15 minutes tonight for my food. Drive-thru was ridiculously slow and people behind me received food before I did. I only ordered a cheeseburger, so the order wasn't that difficult. Will never come here again.

Ordered sauegg McMuffin at 9;07 am , July 28th,got my small coffee and was asked to pull around. Did so and waited 12 minutes for someone bring out my order. (Two more cars behind me). No explanation on why it took so long..nor even saying “sorry”.This is the third time this has happened to me. What terrible service. A McMuffin and hash brown.. and it took 12 minutes for a #2..a standard item? The store manager needs to be replaced! Where is my refund???

If there was a 0 star rating that’s what I would rate this McDonald’s. I ordered a large frappe waited at the window for about 15 mins just for some lady to come to the window and ask me what my order was, when I told her she grabbed the frappe which had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Horrible service. Do better
