This location is always clean, they get the food orders out quickly. Food is always fresh & hot. Management is great there, team members were all productive, friendly. I did had a small issue with my order the other day however the manager Bella was very polite, helpful, understanding & took care of the issue right away was very professional. Best McDonald's in Tucson! Other locations take notes

This particular store used to be the best place for breakfast. The Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit used to have the biscuit cooked well enough to not crumble when you bite in. The bacon used to be cooked well enough to break off with each bite. Now the bacon is wimpy, and pulls the sandwich apart when you take a bite out and the biscuit crumbles in your hand to boot! Something has changed here. Most of the faces have changed at the drive through and now the food here sucks. The timing coincides with the best people having left for school at beginning of August.
20min to pick up a mobile order, only drive-thru was open after 10pm with long line and slow service.

Everything is automated so service , there really isn't any. Has a playground kept clean busy location . Sometimes orders are missing things. But they take care of right away. Food always hot .

The drive thru takes forever! Doesn't matter what time of day/night you come, what you order, or how many other customers there are it will take forever. The food is what you expect. I don't bother going in anymore due to the amount of aggressive, unstable, unhoused population that hang out inside and by the doors leading into the restaurant.
