First off, I want to say the food was absolutely delicious! It’s a beautiful spot to have in the area. Even though it was breakfast time, I got the combination with a shredded beef taco & enchilada, rice & beans, great portions!
BUT the customer service from the short lil lady at the register was NOT the best, not even close… I walked in ( the restaurant was completely empty) and no “hi” no nothing, I walked to the counter once I decided what I wanted & still no “how can I help you” NOTHING! She just stared at me, waiting for me to speak my order I guess? I placed my order, paid (& again no thank you or anything) & sat down to wait for my food to be ready. While I was sitting, a few more customers came in and same thing with them, no “hi” no “how are you?” … the customers would be like “hi there, how’s it going?” And she wouldn’t even say anything! Like why??? Is that waist trainer you got on not letting you speak?? I guess not because she was chitchatting away with the guys from the kitchen with NO ISSUES! I don’t get it!!? Anywayssssss, I was ranting I know, but customer service is such an important role in having a successful business… She needs to liven up.

My daughter and I needed to grab a sofa on this side of town and were feeling hungry, so we decided to try Nico’s on Thornydale. A couple of things stood out: I always pay attention to cleanliness, and I was thoroughly impressed when I walked into the restroom—super clean! I ordered the super nachos, while my daughter went for the Carne Asada burrito. Both dishes were well-portioned and expertly made. The salsas were delicious, though the green salsa could have used a bit more kick. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5! Clean establishment, great food, and friendly staff. If I'm ever in the area again, this will definitely be my go-to spot! 👍

My Husband and I love Nico's in Marana. We have been going there for years, always something that will make you come back for more. Right now if you leave a review, they will give you one of their delicious Churros. Try the Taco Salad. Believe me its so good. See you soon.

Today I had the Carnitas tacos . They were delicious and good size . Meat was flavorful and tender. Veggies were fresh and good portion. My wife had the taco salad that was equally delicious! We highly recommend!

Usually a place to get heathyer food quick. Love that they are consistent in food qualiy and tast. Good bang for your buck.
Inedible, so ridiculously salty I could not eat the tacos. Scraped it all off my taco, and the plain taco was salty. My husband loves salt and could not eat his burrito. Lighten up on the salt! Won't be back, yuck.

They ask for tips when you pay by credit card but the employees dont get the tip, the company keeps it. Food is good though especially considering whats around.
