Yesterday when I was waiting for my order. I witnessed the young man at the register run his hands through his hair multiple times and then I saw him walk back towards the kitchen and he touched his face and nose. There wasn't any supervisor around to coach him not to do that and ask him to wash his hands. I used to work in a restaurant as a job coach and touching your face or hair was a no, no. It unsanitary. I hope someone there reads this and watches their employees closer or train their employees properly. Made me wonder what happens around the corner in the kitchen area that you can't see. I won't be ordering anything from there from now on. I was so happy that that young man didn't hand me my order. I have been going here for a long time and love the food. But got totally turned off seeing what I saw.

I haven’t been to an R&R in years. Tonight we popped in to the bar next door and decided to order food to bring home. I am so glad we did. I wish I had taken pictures but we were too hungry to wait! We had a meat lovers’ pizza, Italian sandwich and buffalo wings. Everything was fantastic. The wings were perfectly cooked, sauce was fantastic and the ranch (!!!!!); they must make in house, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Pizza was cheesy, meaty and deliciously saucy. I’m a huge fun of Italian sandwiches and will almost always order if it’s one the menu; this one was toasty and well dressed! Loves the food and the service and so glad we decided to give it a try!!!

This place has awesome, tasty pizza and great customer service. I love paying these guys a few extra $$$ per pizza than those chain stores. The pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious with the right balance of sauce, cheese and they don’t skimp on your toppings

First time here. New local. Salad over delivered with nice portions and a good combination of flavors. Generous dressing. Garden pizza with half white and half red sauce had incredible deep flavor profile. Stop by and try this lil gem.

I've never had any probs with the employees, always been treated just fine. I've only had their pizza and wings, and thats what I have a problem with. The pizza is like something from a gas station, thick dry crust (sometimes it comes out ok and sometimes its burnt and like a cracker), unlike anything I've ever seen from every other pizza joint, just weird. The wings are tiny and dry, not juicy at all. Maybe their fryer is set to the wrong temp. They need to work on consistency, because things are def NOT consistent here. Also they're very slow even when not busy at all. And worst of all the prices have gone up again. Id take a chance on them when it was $3/slice, but now that it's almost $4/slice you've lost me.

We have been going here for years and the service has steadily gotten worse. The food use to be good all the time, but has just became terrible along with the service. When they make a crap pizza or make your order wrong, they do nothing but offer 10% or 20% off NEXT time. EVEN the owner Linda can't get the order right. I suggest as new pizza places come to the area, visit them and don't go here because I truly feel they do not care about their customers.

This place is like home, for the 4 times I've been here I've made long lasting memories and I will surely cherish. The atmosphere, service, and let's not forget the food is nothing less than stellar. In fact the second time I've been to this establishment a worker of the name of Gage McCoy came up to my table and gave us our food but he wasn't even working at that time but he served us out of the kindness of his heart. Another worker also stands out to me his name is Wyatt Zidar and he was outstanding and a very kind soul. His customer service was otherworldly and though he was young it was like he had years of experience and he was a perfect example of what a worker should be. Over all I say this place deserves 5 stars for it is the best.
Ordered large pizza and 2 calzones.. they were all made to absolute perfection and I'll be back soon for more!!!

I love this place they have great pizza, and the wings are mid. They could have more sauce on the wings. Breadsticks are good, and the claw machine isn't rigged. The only problem is that it takes forever. Ordered a pizza at 6 pm one night and didn't get it until 9 pm.
Great Pizza! Great local joint. Worth the wait times.
