I was having a bit of a tough morning, and I came in for a matcha (never fails here!) and barista Nick swooped in and completely turned my morning around. I’m a bit shocked about this whole tipping addition now. My medium coffees are now almost $8! Now don’t get me wrong I do appreciate the work they do to make me a coffee, but any other drive thru fast food places don’t even ask for a tip. Even your competition used to do it and thought it was tacky and people stopped asking in that drive thru. I don’t think I’ll be going much longer. It used to be a treat for me but now it’s shocking and not so much a treat for me to go anymore.
