Girls working here aren't organized, and treat customers rudely... They didn't call out orders or names when they were ready. The pickup area was full of drinks and us costumers had to rummage through Drinks to find out stuff... and Drinks weren't right...

I ordered a "Carmel Macchiato" - a drink I've reliably ordered for years... When I made the order the barista asked if I wanted a "Caramel Mocha"....I shrugged, said sure, took it and continued shopping at the Frye's it's nestled into. It was fine, I suppose.

Okay I found another. I was served a Luke warm venti dark roast and when I told them, the girl rolled her eyes at me and said “ well you’ll have to wait for us to brew more”. When I was given the coffee the top was loose , came off and spilled on me!!!!!!! It was fricken
What can you say its Starbucks. Pretty much always reliable. Hubs did mention his drink was very well made

Came in at approximately 10 minutes to 7pm on 12/10/2022 and the guy said they were closed. Asked if there was just any black coffee at all and the guy says no. That he has to finish cleaning everything. Sad that he wants to just get out of there and not serve customers.
