Not only did they completely butcher our drinks, they had a horrible attitude the whole time. The girl making the drinks was slamming things around and when I said “thank you” she just ignored me.

Horrendous customer service. Usually, the employees at Starbucks are friendly and helpful, but at this location customers are treated to an eye roll and snarky comments. The employees treat customers like a burden and if you dare interrupt their chatting circle, you are met with hostility and a bad attitude.

Customer service is out the door! Girls were literally standing gossiping behind the counter. When I went to order she said they didn’t carry that item, and the girl giggled and said that’s too bad! Once my drinks were ready the girl whispered the drinks names to let us know, not once made eye contact or said have a nice day. Nothing crazy just so disappointed in the consistency of zero customer service.

Mobile orders are fine but the one time I ordered in person I got an expensive drink because I wanted to use my stars and when I asked she said yes and to scan my card but then charged me for the drink and couldn’t do anything about it and she was not very nice on top of it.

Girls working here aren't organized, and treat customers rudely... They didn't call out orders or names when they were ready. The pickup area was full of drinks and us costumers had to rummage through Drinks to find out stuff... and Drinks weren't right...

I ordered a "Carmel Macchiato" - a drink I've reliably ordered for years... When I made the order the barista asked if I wanted a "Caramel Mocha"....I shrugged, said sure, took it and continued shopping at the Frye's it's nestled into. It was fine, I suppose.
