Fairly new location and ridiculous (.) The understaffed staff is mind blowing, Stare at you like you are bothering them , prices are high, portions are small, after waiting 30 minutes and then seeing the cook sneeze over my food I knew it was over for me. Complaining to manager would have taken another 30 minutes so that's it for me. Keep building these garbage food locations in our neighborhood and running this type of activity and customers will stop coming.

They have random people in the lobby they’re hanging out with instead of working I guess. 30 mins is a ridiculous wait, which is why they want you to sit in the freaking parking lot. If I was the owner I’d be pissed lol you’re paying the wrong people.

First of all there wasn't that big of a line but we had to wait about 20 minutes in drive-thru. Then I ordered crunchy tacos Supremes and they gave me crunchy tacos. Went back in and asked for The Supremes that I ordered. I saw her making it and said don't Supremes have tomatoes? Went back to the car and there was no sour cream in it. So went back in and they finally made me the correct order and they weren't very friendly about it either. I don't think I'll be coming back here even though I frequent taco bell.

Used to be a normal taco bell with no real issues. Started noticing the drive through people are always laughing and being extremely unprofessional and pretending like no one can hear them doing it. Then started noticing they would pull me forward with no one behind me. My frozen drinks I got for my kids that are at home we're half way melted by the time they brought the food out. Of course, I didn't check the food because how hard can it be to complete a taco bell order? Well for the evening/night crew at this location, they have proven it to be impossible. We've had multiple bad experiences during evening crew. I don't think we've made a single order through night shift and gotten our order as we ordered it, in months. We've only been 4 or 5 times in the last 3 months.. each being worse then the last.

Corporate needs to fire the evening management and get someone who actually does their job.

Service has gone downhill. Last time I went, I ordered in the drive thru, and they asked me to pull around and park out front. That's fine, but it wasn't a special order so I didn't expect to wait 15 minutes. I went inside over 15 minutes later to ask about my order. Several employees saw me standing at the counter and completely ignored me. I had to holler to get anyone to come help me. Asking for my food was apparently confusing, and they couldn't figure out my order until someone realized that it had been sitting there waiting for someone to take it to me. The food was cold and smashed. I asked for a refund which was also apparently confusing. The person who finally gave me the refund knew what he was doing, and was really nice and apologetic. However, I won't be going back.

STAY AWAY! they never get orders right or there always something wrong with this place. Plus when a delivery truck back up jump a big curve then push my car made me lost a car and can't be fixed Taco bell needs to shut down even this store needs to get shut down they don't clean dishes that's probably why everyone getting sick on top of that the employees like Adrian need to get fired and get someone know what they're doing and make customers happy not unhappy. People steal money then get accused at just cuz people are greedy the reason I never go back all cuz Adrian maybe the owner need to do something you just lose money.

Every time I get food from this Taco Bell, it's wrong. Sometimes it's missing one item, sometimes multiple, sometimes they made the food wrong, but every time, it's wrong! One time they even got the remake wrong twice! They need to do a better job of checking orders before giving it out. The only redeeming quality is that they always fix it and are nice about it, I'd really rather not have to get it fixed though.

Normally the food is good but just picked up my order and my order was made completely incorrect. Food was cold, cheese was unmelted, and fries were cold and stale. Not satisfied.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. We ordered online for pick up at this location and we had to wake around 10 minutes or so for our food, but we thought that would be okay because we thought the food would come out fresh. WRONG. When we got home our plates literally looked like they were put together with SCRAPS of food that were left. It literally looks like the employees made themselves some plates from the scraps of food and handed them off to us. I AM SO UPSET. I’ve never had this experience with any other location.
