Texas Roadhouse is one of our regular restaurants. We always order the Ft Worth Ribeye 14oz medium. Unfortunately, last Sunday night the Ft Worth Ribeye was awful. It was not medium and a large part of the outside looked burned. The first few bites were tasty but after that it was dry and certainly not like we have had numerous times. I mentioned it to the waitress and she asked if I wanted to speak to the Manager. At that point of the meal I did not feel he could do anything. However, I think that she should have had the Manager stop by at least to see how we were doing. The waitress said that they were very busy.....I understand that as they usually are busy. But that does not mean that my steak should not be as usual. Texas Roadhouse is always very loud and that night was no exception. We have come to understand that is the way the restaurant noise level will be. However, since the steak has always been great we put up the the loud atmosphere.

Other than our waitress going missing for 30 minutes and having to flag down a different busy waitress, the staff was wonderful. Food: Our steaks were undercooked but only half the steak. The other half of the same steak was cooked perfectly. We ate half and took the rest home to be cooked further before consuming. Still delicious as leftovers.

The service at Texas Roadhouse is excellent, and the food is amazing! We had the ribs, which were cooked to perfection, and the bread with cinnamon butter is a must-try. The sweet tea is spot on, and the fun, lively atmosphere makes it a great place for a meal. Highly recommend!
