Me and my partner went yesterday night and had an amazing time thanks to our waitress Keisha! She was quick and absolutely amazing to talk to, she was very perceptive and always brought exactly what we needed even if we didn't ask. She also went above and beyond by making my boyfriend a special mix of the raspberry and blue lemonade and he loved it so much! The other employees we talked to were also very kind and welcoming into their space and we appreciated their kindness so much, I would definitely recommend going because not only were the people kind but the food was delicious! I cannot express it enough how much me and my partner appreciated being treated well by our waitress, especially as young adults who are often not taken seriously!

Do not come here keep driving!!!!!! The food is terrible. This is a disappointment to the chain. I’ve never been to such a disorganized and disrespectful Texas Roadhouse restaurant. The steaks weren’t cooked right and the orders were messed up and hair was in the food. The manager was rude as well keep driving or try Cracker Barrel next door.

Ordered carryout for two ribeye (medium) and rib combo. Both ribeyes had too much salt, overcooked, and lots of fat. The ribs were dry. First time being very disappointed in the quality of food today December 27, 2025...normally it's very good.

So disappointed. Have frequently visited and ordered take out without any issues until tonight. Ordered take out and proceeded to find 4 hairs in one of the meals. How disappointing to not be able to eat a 40 dollar steak.
This is the last texas roadhouse in Tucson we had to visit, the evening started out with our waitress being a rule lawyer on why my 1 year old could not have a high chair at the end of the table while we are seated in the back and the walk space is bigger than the rest of the restaurant. This was a first a the other locations are so very accommodating. Later my wife's Dallas steak was very undercooked, after showing the steak to the waitress and she brought it back the middle was still raw. I had feed my wife the majority of my over cooked porter house as it was not rare but medium rare like she likes. They offered to take the steak back again and cook the cut steak, which was interesting the other locations just remake your order if they mess it up that bad. Imo go to another location, this one has a few years to go before it's good.

Food was good, but I ordered a blue mixed setting with an extra shot. They didn't put any alcohol or an extra shot want even alcohol. They think we are stupid. I thought if yes for myself how good they are. Very disappointing!! Oh the music and shouting made our eating not in a mellow atmosphere made us want to get out ASAP. 👎The waitresses was wonderful. Ray is her name. Awesome worker. 👍👍👍👍
