Me and my partner went yesterday night and had an amazing time thanks to our waitress Keisha! She was quick and absolutely amazing to talk to, she was very perceptive and always brought exactly what we needed even if we didn't ask. She also went above and beyond by making my boyfriend a special mix of the raspberry and blue lemonade and he loved it so much! The other employees we talked to were also very kind and welcoming into their space and we appreciated their kindness...
This is the last texas roadhouse in Tucson we had to visit, the evening started out with our waitress being a rule lawyer on why my 1 year old could not have a high chair at the end of the table while we are seated in the back and the walk space is bigger than the rest of the restaurant. This was a first a the other locations are so very accommodating. Later my wife's Dallas steak was very undercooked, after showing the steak to the waitress and she brought it back the middle...
I had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Marana, AZ this evening with family members. The service was great, the food was great, but we could not hear each other over the volume of the music. Please turn it down so I can at least hear the conversation at my table.
