The Screamery

This is THE. BEST. ICE CREAM. I HAVE EVER HAD. I travel across the country from the DC area just for this ice cream. The honeycomb flavor keeps me dreaming about this ice cream shop from the minute I leave Arizona, until I’m able to make it back, usually over a year later. I come, and make sure I go at least once a day. I’ll hit any and every location. I have people I know bring back pints at a time for me. I tell everyone I know in my hometown about this ice cream flavor. I can not and will not ever settle for another “favorite ice cream flavor”. The ice cream is fully loaded with honeycomb and honey ribbons, I’m never getting a spoonful of just ice cream, there’s always ribbons and chunks of goodness. If I could inject it into my veins I would. I want it on tap in my house. I would legitimately pay to fund the opening of a location in the Northern Virginia area. This ice cream is not to be effed with. Prepare for greatness, and double up on the honeycomb flavor.

If you’re going to eat ice cream, nosh on the best! I’m hard pressed to say my favorite flavor- it’s a long list!

The ice cream is delicious, but some flavors with cookies, have way to much cookie. If i wanted cookies, I'd get cookies. More ice cream in the Mississippi Mud, please.

We had just so happened to have lunch nearby and we were craving some ice cream. I goggled nearby me and happened to find the Screamery. It was our first visit and they were not kidding, I would scream for their creamy ice cream. . I had the Mississippi mud pie and my for my husband, the strawberry sundae with hot fudge and nuts. Definitely worth the trip and the price. We would definitely return if in the area. So sorry we forgot to post any photos, we ate it all up and forgot 😅 🍦

What happened to this place. Awful and weird experience. Lights were half off making it appear closed. Half the bar was taken up by teenagers who seemed to be friends of one of the employees. I’m pretty sure one of them stole a soda. Employee informed me that she was unable to make a shake because the machine wasn’t working right (It was a blender which worked fine as was immediately apparent). Employee informed me that paying cash was cheaper as credit card would add $.50 to $.75 cents to the bill. Not totally outside the realm of possible but definitely odd considering most times this is 3% charge or something like that.

Ice cream not kept cold enough. It's already half melted before the employees use a dripping wet scooper to scoop it up. If you get an ice cream cone bring a straw. You're going to need it. Definitely not worth the price. Not impressed at all.

This is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Bee’s Knees is a stand out compared to other lavender infused ice creams I’ve tried - it tastes amazing. Other favorites include sweet cream honeycomb, peppermint chip, and cowboy cookie. Keep up the excellent work!

This place is wonderful! They have all sorts of flavors and some that are pretty exotic! It’s very clean inside and they have many options for toppings or getting it mixed it. They even have adorable outside benches if you’d like to eat your ice cream outside!

Absolute no for me. The ice cream is chalky and the people behind the counter were super rude to my sister and I. There are so many other places to get quality ice cream here. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Food is mid but the young kid with brown curly hair is adorbs! His hair is bouncy and fluffy!
