Had more incorrect orders than I'd like, and pretty long wait times even when there isn't anyone else in line, but overall the deals are decent for something quick on the go
Manager on duty was rude and argumentative when I asked for no bun or ketchup on my burger. About every third time I go into this particular Burger King 👑 I get great service and my order is cooked/prepared the way I like it. The other two times it is missing key ingredients, no fork & no napkins. 🙃
Used to be decent but has gone downhill. Service is horrible most of the time. None of the employees seem to care. Ordered using the kiosk and got attitude when I asled for my drink cup when my order was ready. Store needs a good deep cleaning and some serious re-training of ALL employees and managers. At one point I witnessed several orders in their queue on the digital screens and 4 employees just hanging out munching on food and chatting instead of working. If you dont want...
