I wanted to share some high praise for Matteo at the Cactus Grill, who took care of me on June 3rd. While my past experiences at this location haven't always been the best, Matteo completely changed the game. He was friendly, patient, and went out of his way to ensure my order was correct. Exceptional service like this makes a huge impact. Management has a fantastic worker in Matteo—give that man a raise!
I love the buffalo chicken wrap and french fries. My husband loves the nachos. We always eat here when visiting Ak-Chin. I love that they changed the hours, now open until 4am daily.
Even though I live in town i never went partially due to the reviews and partially because casino restaurants are normally overpriced but finally checked out the grill and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and friendly, the buffalo chicken wrap was very good along with the well seasoned fries, which beat some Vegas restaurants. The brownie was fresh and tasted great. The price was also comparable to local restaurants. Excellent overall value.
