Horrible experience! Chicken looked and tasted old. No masks being worn. All the employees except one lady were very slovenly in appearance. Just awful.
don't take door dash orders from this location unless you like losing time and money.
shame on me for thinking the service would eventually get better, if anything it's only gotten worse. the lack of customer service is even more appalling... straight trash

KFC offers good food, including the new apple fritter bites and all-day available chicken. The staff was super nice and provides great customer service. However, the service can be slow, and the kitchen and seating area may need cleaning. Despite some inconsistencies, such as running out of chicken nuggets for the Famous Bowl, the restaurant has shown improvement recently. The chicken is great and so fresh, as was the coleslaw. They really have great people.
