The server was friendly and prompt
Employees messing around not helping customers, no acknowledgement of customers in dine area, wait times are crazy. Service has def gone down last couple years.
I waited about 8 minutes for a drink and some mozzarella sticks.

Sonic Drive-In offers a variety of fast food options. The service was great and quick, with minimal wait time. One customer found the food to be decent overall, although the hot dog bun was cold, dry, and torn. Another customer found fast food in general to be expensive. Despite some issues with food quality, the customer service was good and the people are truly amazing and work really hard. The food has been consistent, which is one of the most important things. I've definitely never had any issue with freshness or cleanliness here, it's well run. Sonic Drive-In provides a convenient fast food option with a decent selection and very friendly service.
