Horrible experience! Chicken looked and tasted old. No masks being worn. All the employees except one lady were very slovenly in appearance. Just awful.
Come in to pick up an online order that was suppose to be done 40mins before I got my food, then when I asked if all the food was in the bag, they told me they yes, and reread my order to me while looking in the bags. I assumed all was well until I got home and found half of my order was missing, living 15mins from kfc makes driving put a hassel especially when everytime we give them the chance they always forget half the order.

KFC offers good food, including the new apple fritter bites and all-day available chicken. The staff was super nice and provides great customer service. However, the service can be slow, and the kitchen and seating area may need cleaning. Despite some inconsistencies, such as running out of chicken nuggets for the Famous Bowl, the restaurant has shown improvement recently. The chicken is great and so fresh, as was the coleslaw. They really have great people.
