I had a disappointing experience at this store. The manager, Miriam, displayed behavior that I found unprofessional and confrontational. During my visit, her attitude toward customers seemed dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, I overheard her making negative comments about a customer loud enough for others to hear, which felt inappropriate in a customer service setting.
I hope the management team addresses this issue to improve the overall experience for future customers....read full review
It's Christmas Eve and the whole town is crazy right now. The staff welcomed us in and was super friendly. Great spirit and a very tasty Peppermint Mocha to start of my late Christmas shopping spree! 🛍 🎅
we just got the worst drinks we have ever had.
mine was a latte, no foam. it was awful.
my husband's was a White Chocolate Mocha with Caramel drizzle. Undrinckable. it was that bad.
