What you'd expect from Chipotle. Nothing magical
Went in to grab some salad dressing. Any time I go in they are always polite and nice. Keep up the good work.
Placed an online order at 940, the chipotle app said the quickest I could pick it up would be 950, so I place the order and head down to the restaurant. When I get there there is no one in the store. She tells me there is one order ahead of mine and I say okay no problem, despite the time already being 954. They proceed to then help 3 additional people in line as they walked in before making an order that is supposed to already be done. Kind of defeats the purpose of mobile ordering...read full review
