Ordered online and food was ready to pick up on time, as ordered. I've always been a fan of the Papa Murphy's model but it doesn't seem like the bake at home aspect really saves much, if any, money. I do find though that the toppings always seem fresher than other places, and they have a lot of options. Ordered on the phone, took a long time to get assistance, and I was told it's been on a pickup rake that I didn't know about , I was a new customer that I guess I was supposed to know how pickup order work. Any way was never greeted or thanks for buying there, I'll never will go there again, very rude.
