Plaza Bonita Family Mexican Restaurant

Waited 25 minutes for my check and was told I couldn’t pay with a credit/debit card. Was asked to leave my ID and go get money from the bank and was also asked to Apple Pay the server’s phone number. I hope they got their money from the 7 other occupied tables in the restaurant. Super uncomfortable and very unprofessional.

Kind nice And helpful Clean bathroom is great staff.

Poor service, low quality food, generally not very hospitable.

Fish tacos and Al Pastor were incredible.

This is one of the best restaurants in Maricopa. On top of the friendly staff and delicious food you can catch days where they have a Mariachi band for entertainment. You can't miss this.

Very disappointed in the service received from our waiter today. I've always enjoyed not only the food, but the service as well and today it was not an enjoyable experience. Food was delicious and the hostess was welcoming and friendly. I hope that the next time I choose to bring an out of town guest to this restaurant, the service from the wait staff is a more enjoyable experience. I hope our waiter has a better evening than he did this afternoon.

We have been at Plaza Bonita many times, we
Enjoy their fajitas, they have a homemade taste.
The last dish I tried was their tortilla soup, I loved it, also a great flavor. It has chicken, tortilla chip-strips, avocado, cheese. And their broth is delicious. It would be best if they’d add pico de gallo on the side and the chips on the side as well. Great dish, I’d order it again. It was less than $10 the bowl and was very filling.

The Service for the grand-opening could've been better. The waitresses needed to be friendly. The bar tender needed help. Overall 🌟🌟

Tried a new dish and found it to be very salty. It was cammarones Portuguese. Tasted good, just too salty.
