Wetzel's Pretzels is a great place to stop while shopping. The food is always fresh, delicious, and tasty, with pretzel bites softer than a pillow. The pretzels are a pretty good size for the price, and the pretzel bite bags are big enough for three people. Customers can ask for a fresh bag or pretzel straight from the oven and request more butter, salt, or cinnamon at no additional cost. The app offers rewards, like a free pretzel.
The environment is amazing and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly, on point, and works to make sure customers are taken care of, often cracking jokes. However, there is room for improvement. Some experiences include finding a long hair in food or issues like almond topping not adhering due to lack of butter. Training on health code is suggested. One cashier has been noted as anxious and rude, particularly with senior citizens, rushing them. The take-out only location has very small price charts only visible at the register, but the prices are ridiculously low. Most visits are smooth and without problem, making it a highly recommended spot where customers will definitely return.
