The perfect saloon in the desert. In a spot, you wouldn’t expect to see a tavern, almost like an oasis of fun, good drinks, and good food. I’ve never passed the thirsty lizard without stopping , I don’t even know what that would be like just the thought is horrible. * lizard tail burger is delicious. Cheers.

I have eaten burgers in bars in New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Maine, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona. I have cooked at two historic hotels one in New Mexico one in Fairplay, Colorado. So I know how to run a grill. I have worked in bars and restaurants where we made everything from hand scratch. happen to stop in today because I was hungry.
