The wife and I accidentally found this place, which is located in the Baiz market. The market is a mix of a multicultural market featuring Afghan, Arab, Turkish, Persian, and other regional cultures. I love the market by the way. So many awesome things to look at and we bought some Turkish coffee and the pot to make it in. Yummy.

I was unaware this was in a grocery store. The food was tasty. You order at the counter and pick it up when they call your number. They do have a seating area to eat.
Dining area is a lattices area inside the grocery store. Very fresh and tremendous value!

Al SULTAN RESTAURANT is a hidden gem inside the Baiz market and the Baiz Mediterranean supermarket. The market is multicultural, with Afghan, Arab, Turkish, Persian and other regional cultures. Food is tasty and fresh. Customers order at the counter and pick up when called. A seating area is available. The chicken shawarma is flavorful and juicy, with good sauce. The chicken shawarma sandwich was remade when pickles were missing. The Iraqi kebab is well seasoned; the rice is dry. Humus and Baba Ganoush are smokey and very flavorful. The Lamb Kafta sandwich, dolmas 6 pcs, Cheese Kunafa and mocha latte are also offered. Soft drinks and dessert beverages are available. Service is great, with a smile on the counter staff. Portions are generous and value is tremendous. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurant is recommended for anyone wanting authentic, delicious food.
