Awesome place. Always loved the dinners here. Stopped by for lunch and found the best deal in town. A huge bowl of spaghetti w meatballs for $5. They didn't skimp on the portions or the quality. I highly recommend coming here.
Excellent food and very good service. My wuf ordered the lasagne and I had the pescadora SUD. Delicious and generous portions. The bread with oil, herbs, and balsamic vinegar was a great start to our meal. Not great to be stuffed into a corner by the entrance when there were a lot of open tables available and the reservation system seemed inaccurate by saying there weren’t any tables available between 4:40 and 6:00 on a Tuesday evening. The service was good, atmosphere was very NYesq, but the food was just “alright” for being at an elevated price point. As someone with an Italian background, it left something to be desired.
