The customer service here is a night-and-day difference depending on who you get. Zoe was an absolute gem—so sweet, amazing at her job, and she is the sole reason I will be coming back! On the flip side, Jess was incredibly rude, awful, and downright disgusting with her attitude. Zoe deserves a raise for making up for her coworker's terrible behavior.
My family and I have been coming to this place for a long time. The food is unbelievable, especially the steamed pork buns. I have seen the prices change as well and I’m writing this review because I asked for an extra scoop of rice which was placed into a separate container and probably was about 1/4 of a cup big. I was charged over three dollars for this scoop of rice and talking to one of the staff people mentioned that the owner will not change the price on the scoop...
It's decent. Is it $18 decent for a medium serving size? Not really. They didn't even include a sauce. The teriyaki chicken was a bit tough. This place has gotten too expensive for what you get.
