The food here is freaking delicious! The couple who run the place are very friendly, and inviting. My only complaint is that they aren't open everyday.

Amadeus is a family-owned spot with amazing food, great service, and an awesome environment. Everything is fresh and made to order, and you can taste the pride in the food. The birria tacos are the best in flavor, especially when made crispy, and the consume has a delicious flavor that justifies the taste of the taco meat. The carne asada tacos are incredible, and the street tacos bring back memories of Mexico. The Horchata is fresh and homemade that same day. The rice and beans are incredible, and the Birria bowl is speechless-good. The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic, with friendly service. The tacos are killer, and the fresh tortillas make everything better. Other menu items include Street Tacos and Beans & Rice, topped with delicious red and green salsa. This is easily the best authentic Mexican spot in the entire valley, and the closest to home-cooked Mexican food. It is a spot to recommend and come back to, and the family run atmosphere makes you feel treated as such.
