Spent 20$ to get handcrafted custard treats, and they first handed them to a different party, then gave me a melted cup of what i ordered, a small one of the one for my wife instead of the medium, then i had to remind them i ordered 3 mediums, i just got home with 3 mediums i ordered: 1 small extra, 1 melted, 1 missing the toppings, and the one i had to remind them about was fine.
While family wishes i just went and got regular ice-cream instead, or least driven to culvers

Cute, clean, and friendly. Many families come and bring their kids for some quality time and ice cream!
We don’t have Andy’s California and came to try it during our trip in Arizona.
The frozen custard is on the sweeter side of things; I’d say it’s sweeter than a regular vanilla ice cream. With toppings, the concrete was very sweet.
We order a chocolate cone and a small bootdaddy concrete. Small size is already fairly large; I couldn’t finish the concrete on my own.
A small concrete came to be around $7.50. Not the cheapest but it’s delicious and the service is excellent!
We will come back when we are in Arizona again.

This is always my go to late night treat and a worker named Emmaly usually is there and has always been AMAZING to me!
I recently got the James brownie funky jack hammer and it was SO GOOD! One employee (Emmaly) recommended it and went above and beyond with her exceptionally great service. My dog even got a pup cup! We will definitely be back!
