I had an issue with an online bagel order for our company, that was still showing as “pending” even though the payment had already been processed. I reached out to the store and Matthew, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful and reassuring.

Holy crap could a place be more efficient?! They were all so fast and the place is spotless! Whatever you’re paying them it’s not enough, these employees genuinely seem happy to be at work and we’re all so friendly. My boy Djimon offered the best customer service and handled what seemed like chaos so effectively.
After an entire week of event planning for my job, Friday I decided to go easy with Einstein. The staff was extremely nice, had my order packed and ready and the store was very clean! 100% would recommend this Einstein over others and will be back!
