I’m new to the area so stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Leslie and her team helped with all my questions. So friendly! There was no seating which was a bummer but the service was quick and efficient. Definitely worth the trip.
I had my first lox eagle when I was in LA from Germany the first time I the USA 38 YEARS ago. And then I had one from the Einstein Bros. I moved to America later on. I hab many lox bagels since then. The Einstein ones are simply the best
Past prior experiences have been good had 1 occasion where there was issues with my food but I’m very thankful for how Matthew in management handled the situation he has great customer service skills especially when it comes to issues needing to be addressed!
