Since they incorporated Angie’s prime to all locations the wait times are longer and the prices are noticeably higher. The wait time kills it for me because it was once an extremely quick and easy ordeal and now I don’t even want to go through the trouble of coming back.

We ordered a prime steak burrito and a prime steak salad at 7pm on a Saturday night so we weren't surprised by the 30 minute wait at the drive thru. Both the burrito and the salad had very good flavor, but the quality of steak was a big disappointment. This was not prime grade meat that was trimmed well at all. Just about every bite had hard to chew connective tissue that should have been trimmed off by their supplier. As this is a fairly new offering, hopefully this can be remedied as a lot of us would pay $2-3 more for better quality.

Drive thru took 35 minutes. Chicken Mexican salad was very good but nothing is worth that kind of wait. The line was barely moving and even when we were sitting at the window, we couldn't tell what the problem was as there were a few people prepping lots of other food just not the salads we ordered.
