Applebee's in Mesa

“I usually never have a bad comment for Applebees but today I tried the churro smores and I have to say the worst desert I have had from a restaurant. Other then the desert the food is great I personally love the spinach dip, and the customer service is always top notch defanitly recommend going to this good food spot, but don't expect much from their desert line
Update after 8 years I'm updating still not a fan of their desert line but as of January 2025 they have shrunk their portion sizes but kept the same price, I have been getting their southwest chicken bowl for a few months now once a week and the bowl size was cut in half no exaggeration, I wasn't impressed but was told they have changed the bowl size for the meal as well as a few other meals“

“A few weeks ago we came in for a limited time deal, and we sat in the bar. The server we had was so good, we decided to come back the following week. Once again we sat in the same place and the experience was better than the first. Our server's name was Keely, since that initial visit we have came back every week and always sit with her. She is very attentive, precise, and friendly. The food has also gotten better each visit. We will keep coming back to this location as long as these people are here!“

“The manager of Jeff in the bartender Taylor serve the best customer service I have seen at an Applebee's Taylor deserves to have a raise she's very polite has a lot of patience and you could tell she loves her work and Jeff is the best manager that this Applebee's has he is patient he hasn't open ear and his kind he checks on his tables with a greatly appreciate coming into a restaurant“
