Felt bad because me and my family came in right before they were going to close, but the two girls who were busy working on the drive through orders were attentive and super sweet! They got us our snow as quickly as they could, and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this location, but be patient with the workers! They seem understaffed so allow them some grace. I usually try to leave positive reviews, but this store has failed me within the last few weeks when it used to be just fine. I went to Bahama Buck’s recently and unfortunately the service just wasn’t great. The employees didn’t seem very attentive, and it took a long time to get helped even though there was just 1 other car in the line so it was not busy. When I finally got my order, it didn’t feel like the usual quality from other locations. It was so juicy. it just...

I called to order snow for my child's birthday party, however, I realized that the store would not be open in time for me to pick it up before the party started. The manager, I believe her name is Allison, said she would gladly come in early to get the snow ready for me and we could come pick it up before the store opened. Amazing customer service.
