I usually try to leave positive reviews, but this store has failed me within the last few weeks when it used to be just fine. I went to Bahama Buck’s recently and unfortunately the service just wasn’t great. The employees didn’t seem very attentive, and it took a long time to get helped even though there was just 1 other car in the line so it was not busy. I called to order snow for my child's birthday party, however, I realized that the store would not be open in time for me to pick it up before the party started. The manager, I believe her name is Allison, said she would gladly come in early to get the snow ready for me and we could come pick it up before the store opened. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much! It was a huge hit.

I’ve given this shaved ice spot a few tries.. it was decent at first but the past few months it’s always the same old story. The service is super slow, and the staff doesn’t seem to care much, management is mia, because nothing is ever is different or improved.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your shaved ice fix. This place just isn’t worth the hassle.
