Driving back from paddle boarding at Canyon Lake and told my boyfriend we had to find a coffee shop. Fortunately, Bak Jo was on the list and holy cow I'm happy it was. We got the Thai Iced Tea, Vietnamese coffee & a pistachio croissant, all were delicious! Not to be dramatic, but I'm still having dreams about the croissant. Wish we had more time to hang out and take advantage of the games and fun like quirky things to do in the shop. Will definitely be back(:
Bak and Jo Bakery is great. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions (just the one but still answered it). The place was nice and clean. Quite wich was cherry on top. Location is ok its in a dead plaza but it stands out.

What an adorable coffee shop. I love the atmosphere its very spacious and cozy. They have the cutest pastries and little cakes! Plus they offer lots vegan options! Definitely worth coming in and having coffee or tea 😊
