My only reason for a 4 star is because an employee forgot part of my order once, but he worked to resolve the issue quickly once I came back to the counter to let him know. This place is a staple of Mesa Arizona, with some of the best pizza in town.

I love barros and order from there pretty often. I just moved and this was my first time ordering from this location and it wasnt a good experience. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and was also made wrong. The dressing lid for my salad somehow was busted open and broken in the brown paper bag leaving a mess everywhere and no dressing left to use.

I'm a big fan of Barro's. This was my first time at this location and the service was not thst great. The girl at the counter seems to not like her job too well as we weren't greeted and she looked annoyed that she had to assist us. There was still an hour left on the lunch special and only very few slices of pizza. The pizza wasn't really warm even though it was pulled from the Warner. It wasn't the typical Barro's pizza I love. We sat here for hours chatting and the atmosphere was the highlight of the visit. I won't be back to this location.

Stopped by today for some wings I was greeted as I walked in, that was a nice. They had a very friendly staff and you can tell the workers like being there, they were smiling having fun greeting people dropping food off and even saying bye to customer wishing them a good night! Major props on that great business habits. I sat down shortly later my food arrived steam was coming off the plate it was so hot cooked to order was asked multiple times if I needed anything the manager Brandon even checked in very friendly nice guy! There is a reason barros has been a staple in our neighborhood and my visit today was a complete reason why. Every time I eat here I say to myself I don’t eat here enough it’s so good! Wish we had a barros by work to visit for lunch.

Ordered delivery, while it does take about an hour, the delivery driver was so friendly and the Pizza is great!
Way over cooked it. They shouldn’t give out pizza to go like that. I would have rather waited for another.

It’s always dirty in here. Also the girl on the phone is so rude. She answered rudely. Was short the two minutes we were on the phone. Then treated me like I was stupid. I asked for pizza bread with sauce on it. “What do you want? you want breadsticks with cheese or you want the french bread pizza?” In the rudest tone ever. Context clues girl. Clearly the French bread pizza. I work service industry you need to learn how to talk to people. I was being nice until I couldn’t. This is our normal spot, but lately all of the workers are rude and unhappy. Either management needs to change or they need a revamp of workers. If you don’t like people don’t work the service industry. That simple.
