A custom Oreo ice cream cookie cake for my youngest son's 24th birthday was customized on the spot with a smile and, because it keeps in the freezer, we're still enjoying it weeks later. Thank you, Baskin Robbins!

Staff is always so friendly and professional. We love coming for ice cream. We ordered Valentines Heart cake. We let it sit and thaw a bit but cutting was so frustrating. The knife went through but all the frosting borders all fell off in crumbles. The ice cream was good but cake was very dry and no taste. Tasted freezer burned. For the price was huge disappointment. We will still come to enjoy scoops but no more cakes.

I ordered via the website, but had some issues with my order going thru. I arrived at the store and the two women working were very nice and helped to resolve my issue. They called the manager as well and the manager was very kind & offered to complete my order on the house. I ordered the banana royale sundae - it was awesome. 😊
