I hadn't been to BBC in a long time and thought it was time to go back. The menu has slightly changed, but I like that...keeping up with growth! I decided to try the special which was Avocado toast on house made bread, with pineapple habanero jam, topped with an egg cooked to my liking (over easy), pickled onions and cotija cheese. Oh! Might be the best local breakfast we've had since living in Tempe. Huevos rancheros were excellent with a nice spice level and the coffee was tasty not overroasted or burned like a lot of diners. Friendly staff and positive vibes to the place, even had real maple syrup for pancakes!
