I love BR. This is my go to coffee place. Sometimes its a hit or miss but their customer service is pretty good at making things right if you dont like your food/drink.

Tried Black Rock Coffee for the first time and loved it! The Mexican mocha was amazing with its creamy mix of cinnamon, chocolate, and coffee, so I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Great spot for coffee with indoor and outdoor seating. I enjoyed sitting for about an hour and reading on a rainy morning. One note is the music is pretty upbeat and loud. Not an issue but a matter of preference for me to have a more chill vibe. Something to note pending what you are looking for.

Ordered a large Black coffee. They made a hot chocolate. After I realized I turned around and drove back. They gave me a coffee but did not refund me. After a $2 tip it turned out to be almost a $10 cup of coffee. Wish I wouldn’t have tiped and wish I hadn't stopped. It's not my fault you name your hot chocolate Black out!!! I wanted a black coffee.

I deliver for Uber Eats 6 days a week and when I get orders for this Black Rock location it always goes smoothly. Orders are always ready when I arrive, staff are always polite and friendly and professional. I see many restaurants in Mesa and Apache Junction AZ in the years I have been working with UBER EATS.

What is the point of ordering ahead of time, if they don’t make it until u get there. If there are 10 people in front of you plan on waiting 20 minutes. This black rock is the worst of all locations.
