I go out of my way to go to this location because they have such great customer service and drinks. The man working the drive thru window accidentally handed me the wrong drink. I went back into the store to let them know, and the guy at the window immediately recognized me and had my drink made before I even got to the counter. They really take the time to make sure your experience is 5 star, and they make it right if they make a mistake. I hope the team working at 10:40 this...
Was passing through town and have never been to a Black Rock before [usually a Dutch Bros girl]... WOW... loved the flavor and consistency of my blended drink + the girl at the drive thru was super friendly and quick!
One of my top favorite coffee places! Their blended drinks never miss. The service is good, and the atmosphere is pretty cool, but not a lot of seating and the seating isn't meant for lounging. I wouldn't recommend trying to come here for long work/study sessions as the music is loud too, but it's a nice place to chill for a bit.
