I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings today 10/8/24online.when I arrived the wings were so cold and the box was all soggy like it has been sitting there for hours. when I told the girl that was working there all she said to me, ohh I'm just covering the store. and when the guy that works there came back ask her what happened and I saw he went to the back were she was and just laughed I saw her laughing. and the food tasted terrible and really bad service

The energy is amazing felt like I was with my family at home had a respectful conversation with the cashier that actually was entertaining felt nice to eat where it seemed the workers were trying to understand me too. They made sure to listen to my preferences and I strongly appreciate it

Vegetarian options: Best celery and ranches for sure

Kid-friendliness: Alot of meals that are good for my to take home to the kids and refrain them from being messy

We've given this place way too many chances! But I'm done! This was the last chance! The employees need to focus on the orders coming in whether it be phone in orders or online. And stop flirting with each other & take their job seriously! When this place When it first opened it was great. I have no idea what happened but the service is terrible & the wait is obnoxious! Call in orders shouldn't make you wait in the lobby for 20 minutes!! When the person that answered the phone said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Just sad work ethics!! The "manager" is more concerned with her hair & how she looks, rather then talk to the customer! Just a sad.. sad place now!

Decided to try "Go" thinking it would be just like regular BWW's. Ordered some wings with sauce on the side, 1 ranch & 1 Blue cheese. The app advised us it would be a 15 minute wait. We arrive and see some friends of ours who stated they've been waiting for 2 hours. We went to the counter and the person behind the counter let us know it would be another 15 minutes. The staff had a general look about them like they had no idea where there were or what was going on. We get our food after the extended wait and go home. The wings were sauced and the dipping sauces were wrong. The wings were barely okay. I will only go back again if I was made aware that they had changed staff.

My husband ordered on the app at about 10:30 and pickup was supposed to be 11pm. Anthony at this location called my husband as he was pulling in to the parking lot at 10:50 to tell him they couldn’t cook anything because they shut off the grill and close at 11. THIS LOCATION CLOSES at 12:00 midnight, you shut the store down over an hour in advance? I’m pretty sure the owner of this franchise doesn’t appreciate losing money or customers. This is also not the first time we have issues with this store. Do better.

Food is disgusting. Not the quality you get when you go to an actual Buffalo Wild Wings location. My wings were so hard/ crunchy/ and unedible that I couldn't even stab them with a fork! I ordered a combo and only received a small handful of fries. My husband ordered cheese curds for $7 extra and received about 10-15 pieces.

Ordered 10 wings and got 9. Also ordered blue cheese and ranch dipping. Recieved 1 ranch that was filled 1/4 of the way, no blue cheese. Bar must be low on the hiring process. Math is tough.

Not worth the price you paid for. They were just too busy wasting time. To serve customer right away. Waited for my 15 min Meal Customer came in and left. Because she waited for a long time. Top of that, They got my order wrong and assumed. Didn't want fries. With my order. Going somewhere else with been faster. Will not be coming here again.
