Food was awesome but a lot of the tables were dirty when we came in. My reason for writing this review is because we came in around 8pm and there was a man maybe mid 30’s working with a group of young teenagers. It seemed like he may be the manager but he wasn’t talking to them respectfully and the energy seemed tense. I felt bad for those kids.
I come here somewhat often for lunch and I've never been disappointed. I usually get either brisket grilled cheese or bbq brisket. Both are excellent. I've tried some of their soups before, which all has been good so far. Customer service is usually pretty good. Place is usually clean although sometimes the area around the soda machine can be sticky.
I usually visit the Camelback and 20th Street location, which I really enjoy because it’s always clean, well-stocked, and the food is consistently good. Unfortunately, this location was a disappointment. The floors felt sticky, the dining area didn’t seem well-maintained, there was no cutlery available, and the fountain drink station wasn’t being replenished. On top of that, the food just didn’t measure up. Definitely not the same experience I’m used to.
