Harmony from Fire House Subs took great care of us with our catered lunch at the site today. She provided us a selection of sub sandwiches that were the best! Great variety, and she included it with the chips, cookies, and soft drinks. Her attention to all the details was outstanding. Thanks again, Harmony!
The worst Hook and Ladder I've ever had. I usually love them. Really disappointed! Staff seemed very overwhelmed and it really wasn't busy. They appeared to be a very new team. I won't be going back to this location.

Very, very kind employees. Every time I come in here the staff is always sweet and the work environment seems to be thriving! A sweet employee asked me if I was okay because "I looked a little down and wanted to make sure I was okay" which is probably the nicest thing a food service employee has ever asked me.
