Not one to normally leave a review.. but do not order online from here!! It would’ve been much faster for me to wait in the normal line, we had nasty chips that you couldn’t chew, they were like soggy. We got a 1/3 cup of queso instead of how they normally fill it up. And 1/4 cup of their elote dip. I would say wait in line because it’s faster, & you can see what they’re giving you. ?

I always get the taco Tuesday special it's a good deal at a good price. Even though it's a soild place that is consistent they always forget to give me a cup with my meal and I alway have to ask for one. Other then that I have no issues.

As a frequent taco Tuesday customer, I’ve found this location has made significant improvements over the last couple of months. Food quality is up, service is fast and very friendly. Very positive experiences here multiple times a

Food was good, as always, but staff definitely need management training. We were only persons in line on Taco Tuesday at the time. It took several minutes of standing/waiting to give our order. No one acknowledged our presence until an attractive, young, dark haired lady walked up and faced us. She said nothing. We took it we were to give her our order. She never spoke nor smiled. Upon getting to cashier, I advised her of the drinks we wanted. She wasn't paying attention, and then asked the same question about what drinks we wanted. It seems the staff didn't want to be on the job that day. A young male, presumably manager, was doing more socializing with staff than supervising. This store needs some more mature supervision. There is one employee sometimes at the cashier area, a more mature lady, who is excellent at her job. You young people should take note of what good service is.

They lock the doors when they don’t feel like serving people. They will not acknowledge you either. If you put in a mobile order you can’t even get in to get it.

Locking customers out during business hours because you can’t keep up with to go orders? Only serving people in line and not pick up orders that were ordered an hour prior because it’s “managers orders”. your employees are extremely rude. It’s dirty and the manager should honestly be fired.

I’m not the type of person to leave a negative review unless something is really bad. I have been to this location multiple times and every time it has been the same experience….. understaffed, dirty, and INSANELY long wait times for poor quality food. This location is just bad, the final straw was them locking the doors to keep customers from coming in during the dinner rush. I would never ever recommend this location to anyone.

Been here several times. This time was just not good. The guacamole (the teaspoon I got) was a weird dark green color. I'm guessing it was old. The new corn dip was really good but the chips were stale, maybe not fried long enough. Two out of four lemonades were empty. The pinto beans were so watery my salad was swimming. Sad experience
I wasn't denied this time....they were locked and loaded with Queso and Creamy Tomatillo Ranch for my dipping pleasure. With that said....I mixed them together....while they are good on their own, I don't recommend mixing them together. Failed experiment. The grilled chicken quesadilla was Cafe Rio good. No complaints. Great service, everyone was all smiles and having fun. The store was clean. It was all around a good time.
