We love the food, but this is the second time they have forgot to give me salad dressing on a to go order. How do you forget the dressing for a salad. There is literally a space for it in the lid.
Food was great! Came from Virginia and the burrito was just what I remembered. The service was good, although they made a few errors but nothing serious. They were pleasant and had a big group come in, and handled it well.
Food is really good! Love how fluffy the rice is!
The service on the other hand was atrocious. Saw 4-5 people in the back and not one person greeted us as we walked into the completely empty resturant.
Two girls standing at the register didn't come over to us to order or say anything to us until we walked over to them at the register.
Then they both had terrible attitudes and would barely engage with us.
Zero customer service....
