When I came into the restaurant, I was the only customer in the entire building. It was 2 hours before they closed but no one else was in there but the staff. When I walked in, all 3 staff members had their backs turned toward me. I waited a few minutes (not exaggerating) before I had to raise my voice and ask to be serviced. Someone from the back of the restaurant came out, and didn’t apologize or greet me. They just put their gloves on and looked at me waiting for what I wanted....
I come here almost every Sunday to grab a salad for lunch. The food is always fresh and delicious and extremely consistent. Always pleased with the service I receive, and obviously I keep coming back!
We eat at the Ft Collins Location almost every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday. The staff smiles when they see us, remembers our order and asks us how we have been. Those small acts of kindness are important. And the food is good too! 😊
