“It was a welcoming experience coming the this Carl's Jr. I hate going to any fast food restaurants anymore. The prices have gone up so much that you can literally pay the same at a sit down restaurant. Most of the time the food is cold and or made sloppy or incorrect. Coming here i was greeted warmly and both Amy and Jonathan were extremely courteous and both helped me set up the app for the first time. They took the time to explain how to use it. My food was hot and tasted great. It was very refreshing to not have to deal with rude people. It is obvious they enjoy what they do and they put the customer first. I will definitely come back. Food was excellent, very fresh and tasty, and the dining room and restrooms were sparkling clean, but the thing that deserves the most praise about our experience here was the awesome people who took our order and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
