“I'm rating this store as a delivery driver and Sergio is the one who made the experience amazing with his excellent customer service skills and he talks to the customers and such a great way and is very patient with us. Kudos to sergio! Keep up the good work. I don't know who else was working that shift with him that day but he was the one who stood out the most and I'm mentioned in the other person because this team had the food hot and the drinks ice cold and I'm definitely feeling good about this delivery for my customer. Not to mention when I got there the food was immediately ready as I walked in the door and that is rare.“
“They're like everyone else it is kind of Hit and Miss if you get a good hot hamburger patty because they are like everybody else but Whataburger that does not cook their burgers to order this time I got lucky and the hamburger patty had not been sitting very long it was pretty hot and still good it is hit or miss if you get a good hot Burger and I guess I got lucky I wish they could to order like they used to but nobody does that anymore except for Whataburger“
“I had to write a review for this location. Food was excellent, very fresh and tasty, and the dining room and restrooms were sparkling clean, but the thing that deserves the most praise about our experience here was the awesome people who took our order and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Big thanks to Jose, the cashier, and the guy who cooked our burgers. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but they did a great job! We'll come back :)“
“With 2 people working I thought the service was good and the young man at the register was extremely polite and professional. Food came out fast. These young men are working hard and not standing around with their hands in their pockets. CLEAN!

“Me & my family eat out often, we go to Carl's Jr on County Club & McKellips. We go to Carl's Jr 2 or 3 times a week. We order the exact same thing everytime, and everytime we have gone there EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AMAZING, we order special burgers. We always get the food prepared correctly, it's hot & fresh. The customer service has always been amazing, everytimewe go there. Sergio is always so friendly, professional, he just a couple steps above the rest. He always makes sure we have everything we ordered & the condiments, he is nice and friendly we enjoy making him laugh.“
