“They're like everyone else it is kind of Hit and Miss if you get a good hot hamburger patty because they are like everybody else but Whataburger that does not cook their burgers to order this time I got lucky and the hamburger patty had not been sitting very long it was pretty hot and still good it is hit or miss if you get a good hot Burger and I guess I got lucky I wish they could to order like they used to but nobody does that anymore except for Whataburger“

“I had to write a review for this location. Food was excellent, very fresh and tasty, and the dining room and restrooms were sparkling clean, but the thing that deserves the most praise about our experience here was the awesome people who took our order and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Big thanks to Jose, the cashier, and the guy who cooked our burgers. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but they did a great job! We'll come back :)“
“My wife and I went to Carl's Junior for lunch 2 days ago and I was so happy that they had brought back the teriyaki burger, it was delicious. My wife on the other hand got a Big Carl and she liked it, she was just wishing she had her ordered the teriyaki burger like I did. The french fries were fresh and delicious, they must have changed their recipe. I'm thankful they did. We are definitely going back.“
“Me & my family eat out often, we go to Carl's Jr on County Club & McKellips. We go to Carl's Jr 2 or 3 times a week. We order the exact same thing everytime, and everytime we have gone there EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AMAZING, we order special burgers. We always get the food prepared correctly, it's hot & fresh. The customer service has always been amazing, everytimewe go there. Sergio is always so friendly, professional, he just a couple steps above the rest. He always makes sure we have everything we ordered & the condiments, he is nice and friendly we enjoy making him laugh.“
