“I’m only giving these 5 stars because of one employee that stood out in particular, Lauren working the front register was a super employee. She was very happy, helpful, and multitasking with no problem. She deserves a manager position!! We had a situation with how our food turned out today at around 2pm but she still wanted to help. Even if it had nothing to do with her she still wanted to make the customer happy. Give her a raise do something offer her manager position!!!“

“I would like to say that the service with a couple of employees were excellent. Those employees names are Anthony and Oscar. I did have a problem with the shift leader Mari i believe her name is. She is a terrible host. My wife told her that we were missing an item on the tray and she said it was there which it wasn't. She was very rude. This is my 2nd time at this store. And her second time harassing us. Please fix this problem.“

“I love it at the car's journer on Thomas Mexico QT because they help have the best hospitality. It's such a clean establishment, they'll bring your food out to you. It feels like a place where you can come do some work till it's better than even a cafe at Starbucks.“

“This is my favorite Carl’s Jr.. It’s not even my neighborhood. Carl’s Jr.. I come out of my way because I really find the management and staff here to be nothing but professional. I’m a customer service specialist and I’m very aware of these kind of things. How many times do you go through a drive-through or hi to any kind of service based business and you wonder if they’re even awake when they’re serving you or they don’t smile they don’t look you in the eye Or you wonder if you’re bothering them from some texting that they’re doing. I’m sure you what I mean. And hey, we all have bad days, but some places I frequent they’re always grumpy . This location is run beautifully. I can tell when an operation is run hands-on by a manager who cares Jesus is the manager here and I must say he’s doing an excellent job the the service Is fast and efficient the cleanliness & everything is spot on. I’m very happy that they rebuilt this location after it burnt down a couple of years ago because I was missing it a lot.“

“Amazing service tonight! I mistakenly sent an Uber Eats order to the wrong store because the promo I had was for select locations; but since I’m on a bike, I couldn’t get to the correct one. The manager and staff here went above and beyond by remaking most of my original order for free so I didn't go hungry. I didn't get their names, but I’m beyond grateful for their kindness!“

“Carl’s Jr. is pure a romantic a place. I pulled in to grab a quick breakfast sandwich before my flight. As I pull in to the drive-in I see a couple people doing the fenty fold. Had me a little worried about the quality of food, but I figured they weren’t the cooks so I proceeded to place my order. I pay and they ask me to pull around and wait for my food(finding help is tough now days I get it). As I’m a waiting I see this man exit he starts to yell at the zombies at the edge of the parking lot. The best way to describe the gentleman would be that I would not enter an alleyway with him. The heavy tattooed man who I thought might be security, started to throw rocks! Was I witnessing a hate crime?!? He then goes back in and I see sit down and start eating. This is a wild event I just saw, but it not over. He come back out and grabs the women and start talking to her very sternly. She starts to straighten herself up as he DRAGS her inside. Turn out he was just out with his girl for nice breakfast. Love is strange folks.
